Ingredients:
- 1 cup coconut milk (or milk of choice)
- 1–2 shots of espresso or ½ cup strong brewed coffee
- ¼ tsp ground cardamom
- 1 tsp vanilla extract
- 1–2 tsp maple syrup or sweetener of choice (adjust to taste)
- Ice
- Whipped cream (optional)
- Dried rose petals (for garnish)

Instructions:
- Prepare the coffee: Brew your espresso or strong coffee and let it cool slightly.
- Mix the base: In a glass, add the coconut milk, vanilla extract, cardamom, and maple syrup. Stir well until combined.
- Assemble: Add ice to the glass, pour in the coffee, and stir gently.
- Top it off: Add whipped cream on top (optional), and finish with a sprinkle of dried rose petals.
- Serve.
