Ice Rose Cardamom latte

Ingredients:

  • 1 cup coconut milk (or milk of choice)
  • 1–2 shots of espresso or ½ cup strong brewed coffee
  • ¼ tsp ground cardamom
  • 1 tsp vanilla extract
  • 1–2 tsp maple syrup or sweetener of choice (adjust to taste)
  • Ice
  • Whipped cream (optional)
  • Dried rose petals (for garnish)

Instructions:

  1. Prepare the coffee: Brew your espresso or strong coffee and let it cool slightly.
  2. Mix the base: In a glass, add the coconut milk, vanilla extract, cardamom, and maple syrup. Stir well until combined.
  3. Assemble: Add ice to the glass, pour in the coffee, and stir gently.
  4. Top it off: Add whipped cream on top (optional), and finish with a sprinkle of dried rose petals.
  5. Serve.
